Summer
I coach a Special Olympics group of athletes in softball and we are starting our upcoming season on Tuesday, 6/24. Our delegation is the Dallas All-Stars, comprised of 25 special needs adults, and we will be practicing on two adjacent fields in Preston Hollow (Preston & Royal) at 7 pm on Tuesdays and 9:30 am on Saturdays. We wanted to see if there might be an interest in several students volunteering with us this Summer in working on the basic fundamentals of throwing, catching and hitting from a tee. No softball experience is necessary. I would be happy to give you more details if you think there may be an interest. Thanks, Tom Shults (972)890-1670
